We’ve had a few months now to start getting used to the all-new BlackBerry 10 operating system and the first devices to run it, the BlackBerry Z10 and the soon-to-release BlackBerry Q10. The Z10 has met with respectable sales so far and the Q10 is also set to do well as it has the customary BlackBerry QWERTY keyboard lacking on the Z10. So how about the BlackBerry S10, a conjuring mixing the best of both,Read on for further details.
It’s fair to say that BB10 does seem to have rejuvenated the BlackBerry platform and we recently also heard about the budget BlackBerry R Series, due to release later this year. We hadn’t heard of the BlackBerry S10 though but it turned out there was a reason for this as so far it is merely one designer’s conjuring of a BB10 smartphone. Still from time to time we enjoy looking at concept designs as they can help us imagine what sort of devices could be offered in future months.
We thought this BlackBerry S10 concept phone was interesting enough to share with readers as we think it could really appeal to plenty of people. It comes from one of our favorite concept designers Deepak Ahuja and we also recently showed you his concept for the iPhone 5S that you may want to check out here. His BlackBerry S10 rendering (that you can see pictured above) is of course running on BlackBerry 10, is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and has a 3.6-inch Super AMOLED display with resolution of 720p.
Other specs imaginings for the BlackBerry S10 include an 8.1-megapixel rear camera and 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera, 16 or 32GB of internal storage and a 2400 mAh battery. Ahuja’s vision of the BlackBerry S10 appears to combine the sleek styling of the Z10 with the QWERTY keyboard and trimness of the Q10. We’d really like to hear from readers about this concept BlackBerry phone and what you think of it.
The BlackBerry Z10 and the Q10 brings the best of both worlds if you like full touchscreen smartphones or a part touch display with a QWERTY keyboard. What would happen if you combine both of these together in one device. The answer to the question above is none other than the BlackBerry S10; this is a new breed for the BB10 world.
The BlackBerry S10 photo shown above (courtesy of Concepts Phones was designed by Deepak Ahuja) and shows what the S10 look likes side-by-side with the Samsung Galaxy S3 and the size differences, and if this were to release it would come featuring a 720p resolution 3.6-inch Super AMOLED display.
Other key specifications would include a Cortex A9 1.2 GHz quad core processor, 16 and 32 GB of internal storage options, 8.1-megapixel main camera with LED flash, 1.9-megapixel camera on the front and a 2400 mAh battery.

Now, if the BBS10 can come to a Reality, U will have conjured up the PERFECT BB. Well Almost Perfect! DUAL SPEAKERS would really make it Perfect ;) But, U MUST ADD ALL of the Features/Options that we Had on our Previous BB's Back Onto your NEW BB's like the BBZ10, BBQ10 & now the BBS10. WHY on earth would U invent a New BB but Omit ALL of the Wonderful Features/Options that us BB users Love BB For?!?
ReplyDeleteHere is just a Few of the Several Features/Options that BB/RIM DELETED/LEFT OUT!!!
Ex: GROUP TXT - Business People Love the Quickness of GROUP TXT. We DON'T want2 hav2 Go through ALL of our Contacts to Send a Txt to Several People!!!
Ex: GROUP EMAIL - Business People Love the Quickness of GROUP EMAIL too. Again, We DON'T want2 hav2 Go through ALL of our Contacts to Send an Email to Several People!!!
Ex: MENU - Business People/ALL People DON'T want2 hav2 SWIPE Continuously to Find or Get Somewhere. We just want2 Get There ASAP bcuz sometimes IF U Don't hit the Exact spot to Swipe we hav2 Repeat the process & this is NOT good for Business People in a RUSH!!!
Ex: BACK - Business People/ALL People just Want the QUICKNESS of Getting Somewhere almost Instantly WITHOUT All the Swiping!!!
Ex: Copy & Paste - Reading the BBZ10 Forums I've seen a lot of Complaints regarding Copy & Paste! WHY would U Make BB Users Lives sooo Difficult by having2 Go Through Waaay More Steps to do a Simple procedure like Copy & Paste or Copy & Cut or Select & Delete etc etc? WHY???
Ohhh BB/RIM, Pleeez Don't IGNORE your Longtime Users! Pleeez Go READ the BB Forums regarding BBZ10 & BBQ10 COMPLAINTS! People are NOT Happy with the New BBZ10 & the BBQ10!!! WHY??? Bcuz U Left OUT ALL of the Quick & Simple Features/Options that BB Users LOVE/LOVED BB For!
Pleeez, Pleeez, Pleeez Go Back & ADD ALL of the OLD, LOVED, and WELL USED FEATURES/OPTIONS that BB Users WANT their BB For & DON'T make us PAY for what we once had. The whole Point of WHY U were sooo Great & Ahead of them All was bcuz of ALL the Great & Wonderful things that the BB did for us & HOW the BB Made our Lives Simple by just a quick Tap of a Button. Now with BB Deleting ALL of these Wonderful Features that we Loved BB For, has Made our Lives just as SLOW as the next person who uses an iPhone or any other simple Cell Phone!
And I have seen a lot of BB users saying they are sooo Upset about U Omitting ALL of our Old Wonderful Functions that they are either going Back to an Older Style BB so they can Have ALL the Wonderful BB Options OR they are SWITCHING to a whole New Phone period like the iPhone, Samsung Galaxies, Androids etc. Even Whole Companies are going2 Switch!!!
U Need2 Wisen Up BB/RIM before U LOSE ALL of what U Tried Gaining!!!
Well, that's my Rant for the day!!!
I will 4Sure get a BBS10 but Only if U KEEP ALL of the Functions/Options that BB has been Loved & Used For Plus DUAL SPEAKERS ;)
Thanks,
Kaycee :)
